"We used Meta HVAC to install A/C in our upstairs bedrooms. Erni and Philippe are the BEST! I reached out on a weekend and they came by early the following week to give me an estimate. We had reached out to 5 other companies and Meta HVAC was the most responsive and efficient. They always responded quickly, even when I asked them to give several different quotes. Their quote felt the most fairly priced and reasonable to us.
We decided to go with them and couldn't be happier! They installed the A/Cs the day after the units came in. Our house is older and definitely presented a few challenges, but they were able to quickly problem solve everything and even stayed until 6pm the second night to finish the job. Before leaving, they showed us how everything worked and made sure we were happy with the product and service. They are also kind people. English is their second language, and they are able to communicate every step of the way, I always knew easily what they were saying and asking. I highly recommend them!!"
